Unified Tooling – Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns

Our refunds and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please do not return goods to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of industrial and technical products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Special-order or custom-made products
  • Electrical items once opened
  • Cutting tools, abrasives, or consumables once opened or used
  • Software, digital downloads, or licenses
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Hazardous materials, chemicals, or flammable products

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items showing signs of use
  • Packaging damaged or missing
  • Items returned incomplete or with missing components
  • Items returned outside the 7-day return window
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing period, subject to banking timelines.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact your bank for further processing updates

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged on delivery.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Special Notes

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer may be subject to a Restocking Fee of 20%
  • Items returned without prior authorization may be refused!
