Manufactured Flap Discs are available in several constructions, giving you control over flexibility, hardness, aggressiveness, and cutting speed.

Options include:

  • STD – Standard flap count and length for general-purpose use
  • XXL – Extra flaps for a thicker disc with extended lifespan
  • Type 27 (Flat) – Flat surface for better control on flat grinding
  • Type 29 (Dish) – Angled surface for more aggressive action and a smoother approach angle
